Terms and conditions of sale

Introduction
1. The contract between Orto Fortunato and the Customer is considered finalized with the acceptance, even partial, of the order. This acceptance is deemed implicit unless otherwise communicated to the Customer by any means. By placing an order through the various available methods, the Customer acknowledges having read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the general terms and payment conditions.

2. If the Customer is a consumer (i.e., a person who buys goods for purposes not related to their professional activity), upon completing the online purchase process, they should print or save an electronic copy of these general terms of sale and retain them, in compliance with Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 concerning distance sales.

3. The Customer waives any right to claim damages or compensation, and disclaims any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, resulting from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
